Similar to the ChroMirror Chromium Pigment Powder, the New Crystal Flake Decorative Flake is a decorative accessory with only larger flakes, which gives more light. Press into a non-fixation surface, then rub the flakes with an Acid- Free Primer and seal with two coats of topcoat such as Cool Top Gel. It can be used built-in either scattered or completely. For porcelain nails, dip a tiny Clear scoop into the fluffy jar, then roll it over the surface of the nail. In the case of jelly, press the flakes into the soft material and bind it.
